We are looking to build a team of creatives that live and breathe Discord and NFTs (and the internet at large); who have great taste across art, culture, and the internet. Join our dedicated teams in producing some of the best content, rollouts, and campaigns the internet has to offer.

What You'll Do:
You are going to lead creative efforts across our clients and help ideate the best content pitches for Discord as a social media platform for brands and artists. Contributing ideas for day-to-day Discord / NFT content and activations is crucial.

Work closely with our Account Managers to bring ideas to life in the form of Discord activations. Concepting and collaborating with other creatives and internal teams happens often.

Copywriting is huge for us - writing and editing copy in the Discord style that will be seen by many is just another day.

Your work colleagues and clients will become your friends. You'll contribute to our hard working yet friendly company culture, engaging in team meetings, brainstorms and client calls/meetings.

Being an educational resource is key for our clients - you'll implement client and internal feedback with ease and in a timely manner, especially as many of them are new to Discord.

You'll spend a lot of time (or more time) on Discord and TikTok. Research and understanding of all socials and what content works best, specifically Discord, TikTok, and Reels, is what sets us apart from other agencies. Monitoring trends from the platform and adapting for channel use for our clients is important.

Excellent taste in art, culture, and media
Confident and comfortable talking to artists, teams, and creatives
Building and sharing in your network of creators

What You Know
Always up to speed on best practices and social trends
In depth understanding of NFT culture
Solid understanding of Gen Z culture
Extensive knowledge of Discord, TikTok, and wider social media space
Some experience with copy writing
