Social Media Manager & Content Creator, Makeup

Bello Sponge is looking for a creative, social-media-savvy Marketing manager who genuinely loves makeup and beauty. You'll play an important role in growing our brand-new TikTok and Instagram accounts and creating content that gets people excited about our product.

Must-Haves
Must love makeup and be very knowledgeable about makeup products, techniques, and trends
Must be very social media savvy, especially with TikTok and Instagram
Must be comfortable appearing on camera and demonstrating makeup application
Strong understanding of what makes beauty content engaging and shareable
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience with Canva and basic video editing is a plus

What You'll Do

Content Creation

Create a minimum of 5 short-form videos per week (approximately 15 seconds each) demonstrating our product, blending techniques, and makeup application
Film, edit, and prepare videos for TikTok and Instagram
Post and manage content across our TikTok and Instagram accounts
Create Instagram static post covers in Canva using our predefined brand template
Help generate ideas for future content, trends, hooks, and video concepts

Social Media Management

Manage our TikTok and Instagram accounts on a daily basis
Publish videos and other content according to our content calendar
Monitor and respond to comments and customer questions
Stay current on relevant beauty, makeup, and social media trends

Influencer Seeding

Research and identify 20 new relevant beauty influencers per day
Add qualified influencers to our automated influencer outreach system
Track influencer outreach, responses, and potential creators
Keep our influencer database organized and up to date
Content Organization

Organize and maintain our library of raw footage, edited videos, photos, and other marketing assets
Help maintain our weekly content calendar and posting schedule.
