Boutique Entertainment Law Firm is looking for a career executive assistant to a name-partner to handle correspondence, phones and roll calls, manage calendar and schedule appointments and meetings for attorney. Maintain clients' files, contracts and personal information.
Must be an experienced self-starter with the abilities to multi-task and anticipate the needs of a busy desk.
