Job Title: Stage Manager
Location: Baltimore Orioles | Oriole Park at Camden Yards – Baltimore, MD
Reports To: Game Presentation Department
FLSA Status: Part-time, Hourly

Position Overview:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support all live in-game elements, ceremonies, and entertainment acts as directed by the Field Producer.
• Act as a liaison between the Producer and game-day talent, ensuring accurate communication of rundowns, cues, and last-minute changes.
• Assist in the setup and execution of pregame and in-game entertainment, including props, staging, and signage.
• Escort and assist guests, contestants, and performers safely to and from the field.
• Maintain awareness of game flow, timing, and safety protocols throughout each event.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• 1–2 years of experience in live event production, sports entertainment, or broadcast preferred.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced and unpredictable live-event environments.
• Professional, team-oriented, and adaptable to last-minute changes.

General Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work the majority of Orioles home games (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• High School Diploma required.
• Passion for baseball, live production, and creating seamless game-day experiences.
