This is a Full Time Job

Remote Position

Talent management company is seeking an Assistant for their growing firm.

This is a PAID HOURLY JOB which is negotiable

we can hire east or west coast 8 hour day- times are flexible
if you live in NYC 10am-6pm est
if you live in LA 7am-3pm pst

Duties will include:

-Voiceovers is a huge part of our business
• Responding to a high volume of emails in a timely fashion
-Scheduling/Coordinating auditions
-Process client requests
-Submitting and pitching
-Meeting with Celebrities
-Going to events with clients
-Navigating Casting Networks and Breakdown Express platforms for tv/film clients

Ideal candidate is someone who is a self-starter, extremely detail-oriented, excellent communication skills and has a passion in the entertainment industry!

This is a remote position, This full- time position
