We’re looking for a hungry, high-performing Sales Executive to join our Chicago team. You will focus on driving revenue by leading with our powerhouse premium podcast network, while leveraging our full-scale digital agency capabilities to capture and own the entire client marketing funnel. You’ll have the autonomy of an entrepreneurial role backed by the muscle, data tools, and premium inventory of an industry giant.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do (And Win At)
• Drive the Hustle: Hunt down and close new business relationships with local, regional, and national brands looking to dominate the podcast and streaming audio space.
• Architect Custom Campaigns: Move past ''cookie-cutter'' pitches. You’ll design high-impact, multi-platform digital solutions using premium podcast integrations, streaming audio, and advanced performance marketing tools.
• Own the Full Cycle: From cold outreach to closing large-scale contracts, you’ll manage the pipeline and lead campaigns that move the needle for your clients.
• Crush Quotas: Consistently beat monthly and quarterly revenue goals, unlocking an aggressive commission structure.

Who You Are
• A Proven Closer: You have 5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically within digital advertising, paid media, or the podcast/audio space. You have a track record of beating your quota and the numbers to prove it.
• Full-Funnel Digital Fluent: You know how to lead a client strategy with podcasting, but you also know how to wrap a deal in Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic to deliver true agency-level ROI. You understand attribution tracking and how audio moves the needle.
• A Strategic Thinker: You don’t just sell spots and dots; you sell business outcomes and ROI.
• Culturally Plugged In: You love the media landscape, follow podcast trends, and know what brands need to say to stay relevant.
• Chicago Rooted, Nationally Minded: You know the local market like the back of your hand, but you have the grit to pitch major national accounts.
Required:
• A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
Salary/Benefits
$120,000 - $249,998 /year USD
Starting salary range based on experience and other factors.
