Spring Intern - Management and Production

Interns must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. A great work ethic goes a long way. Coming to work with a great attitude and genuine interest in ATN and the entertainment industry is key.
All interns applying must respect and treat this as a real job. It is an important position, as our clients put their careers in our hands and we will be depending on you to perform well at the job. You will arrange a schedule that works around your schooling and that is the schedule you will be expected to keep. Reliability in this position keeps our company running smoothly. Our interns work as a team and assist in all areas of the company that involve management. Duties include, but are not limited to:
-creating audition emails
-spreadsheet upkeep in relation to self-tape auditions, confirmations, uploading tapes
-submitting clients on Breakdowns
-creating email pitches to send to casting directors
-maintaining spreadsheets
-industry research
-script coverage
-assisting the CEO and her assistant on projects they assign
We also teach our interns how to use Breakdowns so they have it on their resume, and are able to assist in the submission area if need be.
Internship Start Date/Season: January (Spring Semester)
Internship Duration: End May/June
Time/Days Required: A commitment of 15-20 hours per week is required. Schedules will be customized to align with school schedules, incorporating supervised training during regular business hours and at least one independent evening or weekend shift. This structure ensures exposure to both collaborative and self-directed workflows, helping you understand the day-to-day of working in a management company and the broader entertainment space.
