Temporary Post-Production Assistant

Aspect is looking for a Temporary Post-Production Assistant (PA) to join the team! This is a temporary position and we are looking for someone who is available to work 40 hours per week through the end of 2026.

Responsibilities
Track and log all incoming and outgoing assets and hard drives.
Ensure the office environment remains clean and orderly.
Safely lift and relocate furniture, boxes, and equipment as needed.
Coordinate and confirm logistics for order pick-ups.
Sort and deliver daily mail and incoming packages.
Support Producing teams by transcribing feature dialogue within Adobe Premier.
Source office supplies by contacting vendors for availability.
Complete general ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.
Partner with the Office Manager to plan and execute internal events.
Provide backup coverage for the reception desk when required.

Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining accuracy.
Experience liaising with vendors, checking inventory and coordinating pick-ups.
High attention to detail with the ability to transcribe dialogue
Ability to assist with the planning, setup and execution of internal events.
Ability to frequently lift, carry and move heavy boxes, office furniture and equipment.
Experience in general office maintenance, front-desk reception coverage and daily administrative operations.
