Job Purpose

Seeking individuals with live video production experience to assist with the production of Arizona Diamondbacks baseball games and non-baseball events at Chase Field. Candidates should have professional or related experience working in a fast-paced live production environment along with a strong knowledge and passion for baseball.

• Video Playback
• CG Operator
• Instant Replay & Highlight Editor
• Video Engineer
• Fixed Camera Operator
• Wireless Camera Operator

Experience, Skills and/or Abilities
• Prior experience Sports Live Production, or an entertainment corporate environment
• Previous knowledge and operation of studio cameras, video playback devices, video switchers and replay systems required.
• Proficiency with EVS XT3, Ross Xpression, Sony 8000 Switcher and Ross Kiva or Click Effects Crossfire a bonus.
• Video control room or live production experience in sports or entertainment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong baseball knowledge preferred; general baseball knowledge required, including a strong familiarity with baseball statistics.
• Self-motivated with the ability to remain calm under pressure; candidate should take personal responsibility for getting things done in a way that positively and professionally represent the organization
• Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Consistently take initiative to complete tasks and projects with limited supervision
• Must maintain professional attitude at all times and be receptive to project changes
• Must be able to work independently and collaborate as part of a cross functional team
• Must be willing to work long hours and weekends, as this position will primarily function during D-backs home games and can often have games/events that don't fall during normal business hours

• Perform physical activities such as setting up for an event and utilizing standard video camera equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
