Assistant to Unscripted Department

Seeking a highly motivated assistant in the Unscripted Department to assist two agents. The desk is high volume and will require an assistant well-versed in rolling calls, scheduling, coordinating clients' schedules, sending submissions, and coverage/analysis of material. May also be required to pick up mail from PO Box. Familiarity with Outlook and Excel are a must, as is a good understanding of professional phone etiquette.

Hybrid work schedule. Required to come to the office twice a week. (Subject to change)

Must be organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work well individually with minimal instruction, and as part of a team. This is a true opportunity for those who want to learn how to operate at a high level in an agency environment.

Desire to become an agent preferred.

Qualifications and Skills:
BA/BS degree required
Previous assistant experience preferred
Excellent written & communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team
Proficient with PC, MS Office
Ability to comfortably interact with high profile clients and to use high level of discretion/confidentiality
Nimble and flexible to succeed in a fast-paced environment and handle ad hoc requests
Build and manage relationships across a variety of verticals
A self-starter with the ability to think and work creatively and strategically
High energy, positive attitude
Must have a facility with accounts receivable, financial follow-up, record keeping, and summarizing deal terms
The ability to multi-task
Excellent memory for details
The ability to conduct business under occasional stressful circumstances
