Crew Call - Los Angeles UNPAID

An AFI student film is looking for crew to fill positions for a 5-6 day shoot filming April 3-12 (exact dates to be determined soon). Locations are throughout LA and Studio Zone/TMZ

At this moment, we are looking for volunteers and this is the perfect opportunity to either learn some new skills or connect with up and coming filmmakers.
About the film: TRUANT is the story of Grace, a burnt-out social worker who arrives at the isolated rural home of 11-year-old Ashton, a boy who has been missing from school for weeks. What begins as a routine welfare check takes a troubling turn when she discovers the house abandoned and Ashton running wild. With her car stuck, no cell reception, and the nearest neighbor miles away, Grace must push past her own frustration, fear and exhaustion to uncover the tragic secret Ashton is guarding about his mother - and to truly connect with a child who does not want to be reached.
