Summary of Position:
Amazon’s Studio126 offers physical creative spaces and services for talent and entertainment. The Talent Experience Manager will manage day-to-day talent interactions at Studio126, oversee the studio's social media presence, and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure successful bookings and activations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with talent, managing social media, and navigating complex situations with a focus on results.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Global Media and Entertainment talent teams and external talent teams to ensure they have what they need while at Studio126
• Develop and execute cross-functional opportunities for talent during their time at Studio126
• Interface regularly with a diverse range of customers, including high-level stakeholders and talent, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
• Communicate effectively, involving additional team members or leadership when necessary
• Coordinate with the Studio126 social production team to capture talent during on-site events
• Oversee Studio126’s social media presence, including content creation and engagement
• Track and meet goals for growing Studio126's social presence and reach
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of experience in driving process improvements
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience in building processes, project management, and scheduling
Compensation:
The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year to $142,800/year, depending on geographic market and the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation, such as equity, sign-on payments, and benefits, may be included as part of the total package.
