Experiences Manager, Amazon Music Experiences
Amazon Music Experiences seeks a Marketing Production Leader to drive the execution of premium live events and branded experiences across our portfolio. In this individual contributor role, you will own end-to-end production for Amazon Music Live, City Sessions, Breakthrough, and Bespoke Experiences while ensuring seamless sponsor integration and exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate should develop and execute detailed production plans, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional partners including Brand Experience, Partnerships, and Creative teams. Working alongside Brand Experience leads, they will integrate sponsor elements into event production while maintaining artistic integrity and Amazon's high standards.
Success in this role requires strong project management capabilities, experience with sponsor integration in live events, and the ability to maintain premium quality while driving operational excellence.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of music experiences while working with major artists, brands, and Amazon's global teams.
Key job responsibilities
• Creating production timelines
• Identifying and mitigating risks
• Ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements
• Tracking production expenses, and identifying efficiency opportunities
• Contributing to the improvement of the production framework.
Qualifications
• 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
• Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
• Experience in brand identity and voice development
• Experience creating brand marketing content
