Intern - Music Video Production

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

We are a full-service entertainment company and our new music video division is designed to work together with emerging and established artists. We provide an innovate approach to marketing and promotion of the artist by working with a team of individuals who specialize in every aspect of making a music video from concept to the end result. We secure insurance, locations, actors, extras, props, film crew, hair, make-up, etc. We have a package for every budget. Our all-encompassing approach fulfills all the needs of the artist under one roof. They give us their desires and our team of professionals makes it happen with the highest of standards.

Are you interested in gaining hands on experience in the music industry and production? We are looking for dedicated interns with strong research skills, goal-oriented, strong communication, solid follow-up, knowledgeable about internet marketing, and basic computer skills.
Are you passionate about discovering new music? Are you always the one telling others what music to listen to? Can you sense the next big thing? We are looking for hard-working individuals, who will hit the ground running. We are looking for self-motivated individuals. The entertainment industry may seem glamorous, but there are a lot of hardworking individuals who work behind the scenes to make this possible.
Work with a team from the ground up. You will assist in seeking out talent in need of our services. From pre-production to post, our company offers music video packages for the limited to the limitless budget. We do it all and you will be apart of everything from scouting talent at clubs, going to concerts and seeking out undiscovered talent online to assisting with location scouting for video shoots, working on set of the music videos and promoting online.
Skills:
• You have a passion for the music business. You read industry blogs and magazines to keep up with the latest news
• You are a social media fanatic and very comfortable with Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, PureVolume, YouTube, and Wordpress
• You are comfortable promoting brands online and possibly have previous experience with social media marketing
• You are eager to be part of a rapidly growing startup and have a skill set that would be valuable to a small but powerful team
Your role:
• Work directly with the Team on all initiatives
• Identify our target audience and help build general brand awareness
• Management and active recruitment for our social media profiles
• Participating in relative forums and blogs about the music industry
• Bring new marketing ideas to the table (contest ideas, possible partnerships, etc.)
• Promote our video and blog content across the web

Internship begins unpaid but compensation can be offered to the right candidate.
