The Opportunity
We are hiring Junior Talent Managers to join our expanding management team. This is a high-responsibility, career-track role designed for individuals who want to deeply learn the business of entertainment representation and advance toward senior management and partnership.
This position is not observational. Junior Talent Managers are trained, coached, and expected to actively participate in client advocacy and market engagement.

* Train managers to know who's who across Hollywood and international arts markets
* Expect commercial awareness and decisive communication

Role Focus & Flexibility
Junior Talent Managers may develop a primary focus aligned with their interests and strengths, including but not limited to:
* On Camera
* Literary
* Producers & Project Packaging
* Influencers & Digital Media

A Direct Statement on Sales & Advocacy
Talent management is inherently sales-driven.
This role requires:
* Proactive outreach and persistent follow-up
* Confident pitching of clients and projects
* Comfort navigating resistance, competition, and negotiation
* The ability to apply professional pressure without damaging relationships

Key Responsibilities
* Execute and support talent career strategies
* Build, maintain, and leverage professional relationships
* Actively advocate for talent and projects
* Research and coordinate submissions and opportunities
* Scout, evaluate, and onboard emerging talent
* Track auditions, bookings, and deal activity
* Support branding, positioning, and long-term career planning
* Participate in development, packaging, and related initiatives
Development & Advancement
Junior Talent Managers receive structured mentorship, ongoing coaching, and direct feedback. High-performing individuals may qualify for participation in the firm's Junior Partner Program (JPP), which offers expanded responsibility, leadership involvement, and long-term professional growth.
Advancement is performance-based and clearly defined.
Qualifications
* Strong interest in entertainment representation and the business of careers
* Desire to deeply learn Hollywood and international arts ecosystems
* Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
* Sound judgment under pressure and in competitive environments
* Comfort in a results-driven, sales-intensive role
* Prior experience in agency, management, casting, production, sales, or media is advantageous but not required
