This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Adrienne Stern Casting provides full casting services in both New York and Los Angeles for Film, Television, Commercials, Web, and Theatre. With over twenty years of entertainment industry experience, Adrienne Stern has assisted hundreds of clients in securing top talent for their projects.
We are looking for intelligent, tech savvy, detail oriented, and eager-to-learn individuals to assist us in the daily operations of our New York office. Interns must be able to work well under pressure, and get tasks done in a timely manner. Previous casting/office experience preferred, but not required. Interns also must provide themselves with their own laptop, and must be local to New York City.
We're ideally looking for Interns that can start Mid-April 2017. The internship will begin Mid April/Early May 2017 and run until June 2017 with a possible extension into the Summer. Typical office hours for interns are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm. All Interns MUST be available for 2 to 3 FULL DAYS per week.
Duties Include:
Heavy email and phone work (i.e. calling out and confirming appointments)
Acting as a liaison to agencies and assist in scheduling/organizing casting sessions, meetings, etc.
Monitoring casting sessions
Checking actor availabilities and collecting reels
Idea list making
Filming and uploading sessions to Casting Networks
Organizing headshots/submissions
NOTE: STUDENTS AND/OR DECEMBER 2016 COLLEGE GRADS ONLY. Looking for serious candidates who are interested in casting, film production, or talent management.
