About the Role
This is not a typical marketing position.
You'll work directly alongside the founder helping shape how Actorlooks grows.
We're looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out, testing ideas, talking with customers, building partnerships, and creating momentum.
If you've ever wanted to help build a startup instead of simply working for one, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Develop and test growth strategies
Build influencer partnerships
Create affiliate programs
Reach out to acting schools, agencies, managers, and coaches
Identify new marketing channels
Help grow TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube
Analyze conversion rates and recommend improvements
Conduct customer interviews and collect feedback
Brainstorm product improvements with the founder
Help shape the future direction of Actorlooks

Additional Information
Actorlooks is an AI platform created by Dennis Maxamillion Wynn, a working SAG actor, to assist actors in generating casting-ready character looks from their existing professional photos. Rather than replacing photographers, Actorlooks enables actors to explore various wardrobe, styling, and casting options, allowing them to market themselves for more roles while preserving their likeness. The mission is to help actors showcase more possibilities without incurring the high costs of new photoshoots. As an early-stage company, Actorlooks is growing rapidly and seeks individuals who are enthusiastic about startups, marketing, partnerships, and building something meaningful from the ground up.
