Executive Assistant, ActionPark Media
ActionPark Media is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Executive Assistant to support its Chief Executive Officer. This is an exciting time to join a fast-growing company in an emerging new media space in a role with broad scope and the potential to make real impact. The position plays a key role in bringing APM's vision to life.
Key job responsibilities
• Support ActionPark Media CEO, helping them manage time to be the most efficient and effective leader
• Manage a complex calendar, which includes scheduling across multiple locations and time zones, juggling competing priorities and shifting goals, and helping ensure the company and CEO is where they are supposed to be, when they are supposed to be there
• Prepare CEO for meetings by conducting pre-meeting briefings, developing draft meeting agendas, taking and disseminating notes and action items, etc.
• Conduct inbox communication and action item monitoring and prioritization to ensure CEO is progressing key initiatives; prevent bottlenecking and important initiatives falling through the cracks
• Prepare initial shell drafts of documents and presentations, compile requested information, and assist with formatting and editing
• Coordinate domestic and international travel
• Complete a wide range of administrative tasks (e.g., submitting expense reports, filling out company forms, coordinating meeting logistics, assisting guests with building access, etc.)
• Able to manage and prioritize a high-volume of information
• Able to proactively anticipate CEO's needs
• Partner closely with the broader leadership team, key business partners, and other APM teammates to help APM grow quickly, accomplish its goals, and ensure APM remains an exceptional place to work
• Organize, execute, and/or assist with internal and external meeting and events (i.e., off-sites, pitch meetings, team gatherings, and other events)
• Assist with office space planning and logistics as the company scales
• Be a APM ambassador: a culture leader, help make APM remain fun
• Network and liaise with other APM team members, and learn how to navigate the broader APM organization

Qualifications
• 1-2 years of executive assistant experience
• Experience with executive level calendar management
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
• Experience with Adobe Cloud/ Editing platforms
Salary:
Based off experience
$59,000.00 -75,000 per year
