Talent Management Assistant- Content Creator Department

Fully remote opportunity to work as an assistant in the company's content creator division.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the creator economy, has strong instincts for identifying emerging talent, is highly organized, and wants significant responsibility and opportunity for growth.

Primary Responsibilities

Talent Identification & Recruitment

* Identify compelling content creators across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other emerging platforms).
* Research and evaluate prospective talent based on content quality, engagement, audience, brandability and commercial potential.
* Conduct ongoing outreach to prospective creators and assist in recruiting and onboarding new talent.
* Stay deeply immersed in social media trends and identify creators with strong growth and commercial potential.

Creator Management & Inbound Opportunities

* Serve as a primary day-to-day point person for assigned creators.
* Manage incoming brand inquiries and partnership opportunities.
* Organize and track inbound opportunities, negotiations, deliverables, timelines and follow-ups.
* Work closely on deal strategy, pricing and negotiations.
* Communicate professionally and efficiently with creators, brands, agencies and other partners.
* Make sure opportunities move quickly and nothing falls through the cracks.

Brand Outreach & Opportunity Development

* Proactively identify brands, agencies and influencer marketing partners that align with the company's creator roster.
* Conduct targeted outreach to introduce relevant creators and generate potential brand partnership opportunities.
* Maintain and develop relationships with brand and agency contacts.
* Follow up consistently on outreach, active conversations and potential opportunities.
* Monitor brand campaigns, creator castings and partnership opportunities that may be appropriate for the roster.
* Work collaboratively with the company's creator management team on broader outbound initiatives and brand relationship development.

Ideal Candidate

* Experience within influencer/creator management, talent representation, influencer marketing, social media or a closely related field preferred.
* Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and creator identification platforms.
* Strong instincts for identifying creators with commercial potential.
* Comfortable proactively reaching out to brands, agencies and prospective talent.
* Extremely organized and responsive with the ability to manage numerous conversations and opportunities simultaneously.
* Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable communicating directly with creators, brands and advertising agencies.
* Entrepreneurial mentality and excited by the opportunity to help build a rapidly growing business.
* Existing relationships within the creator, brand or advertising community are a plus.
