Sr Creative Director (Brand Design) - Remote
Work Locations: With the exception of some select roles that have in-office requirements, A+E Networks operates on a flexible model that allows for remote, hybrid or full time in office work (in certain locales).
Office locations include New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Stamford, CT.

Job Description
We have several opportunities and are looking to hire skilled Senior Creative Directors to oversee areas with our marketing division including:
• Lifetime/LMN Brand
• A&E Brand and Brand Design
• Multiplatform and Multiplatform Design
• Lifetime/LMN Brand Design, HMN, and Enthusiast Design
Co-create and execute the creative vision and direction for the brand and uphold creative voice with respect to all brand comms – including but not limited to brand campaigns, show launch campaigns , and paid social campaigns . Maintain the look, feel and messaging internally and externally for the brand across all platforms.
This job is part executive, part visual artist, part writer, part director, and all creative entrepreneurs .
ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Oversee creative development of editorials , etc , ensuring all goals are met and creative quality meets a best-in-class standard.
• Translate insightful strategies into evocative creative, working autonomously and leading teams .
• D evelop and execute ideas based on feedback and multitask in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Function effectively with a high volume of projects at different stages of development.
• Be a leading voice creatively with senior management, must be confident and have strong presentation skills in articulation of creative vision.
• Identify gaps in diversity and skill among the team, and work to address those gaps .
• Inspire the team daily by pushing for out of the box thinking and creating a culture where creativity thrives.
• Lead and manage teams of both internal and external creative s including writers, directors , producers .
• Accountable for a high level of organization, detail and time management
• Lead, conceptualize and direct projects that are exclusively their own reporting directly to th eir manager .
• Demonstrates accountability and communicates effectively , especially with key stakeholders
• Accountable as department creative l ead responsible for communication with other internal teams (programming, ad sales, research, and social).
• Accountable for all projects, with the goal of creating groundbreaking creative concepts and pitch ing brand-specific ideas that will launch new show campaigns, generate tune-in and engagement.
• Foster and contribute to an environment of clear communication and collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with strategists and production teams from concept to execution.
• Bring originality, diverse, and open-minded thinking to every project.
THE SKILLS YOU NEED:
• Deep understanding of brand architecture and brand building , and ability to implement and manage brand in a changing marketplace.
• Ability to communicate effectively to peers and senior management
• Effective problem solver
• Ability to build consensus and alignment without diluting vision
• Expert in ideation and creative process.
• A bility to write , conceptualize and ideate in different styles for different audiences
• Fluency in guiding others in the development of creative campaign
• Mastery in giving productive and effective feedback
• Mastery in pitch-building and pitching, as well as in presentation-building and presenting
• Be able to articulate ideas effectively, especially to outside vendors
• Extensive on set experience – including creatively running sets, interviewing and directing talent
• Strong collaboration and deep experience working cross functionally
• Deep e xperience in video editing and fluent in editing software (incl Premiere Pro & AVID)
• Ability to guide copy writers, motion designers , editors and bring ideas to life.
• Flawless copy writing skills in a wide range of styles
• Knowledge of music composition / arrangement
• Expert in communication on all social media platforms ( i.e. TikTok, Youtube , Instagram, Facebook , etc )

CompensationAnnual Pay Range: $155,910 - $208,929Annual Incentive Target: 20.00%
The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the
minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will
be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills,
competencies, location, and experience. A+E offers a competitive total compensation
