• Review and approve agency casting recommendations; provide clear feedback on misalignment and identify alternatives from our internal bench where applicable.
• Identify opportunities to extend creator activations into sales-facing initiatives and proactively partner with the VP and StoryGround leads to develop revenue-generating opportunities.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Monitor campaign and creator-level performance across all activations tracking engagement rate, reach, content quality, and deliverable compliance in real time.
• Maintain and report on a consistent set of KPIs across the creator bench, using performance history to inform future casting decisions and benchmark rate negotiations.
• Analyze trends across platforms, content formats, and audience behavior to surface actionable insights for the VP and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Apply learnings to continuously refine sourcing criteria, vetting standards, and casting logic - evolving the roster to stay ahead of platform shifts and audience expectations.
