Job Description
We currently have exciting entry-level opportunities within our Media Solutions team for self-starting, detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible individuals to join our National Sales Team and Direct Response (DR) Team as Sales Service Representatives (SSR's). These roles are critical in supporting the Media Solutions organization to maximize advertising revenue across all A+E Global Media brands.
As an SSR, you will provide prompt, accurate, and professional service to clients and advertising agencies while ensuring the smooth execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. These roles are ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced media environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all negotiated deals in the system, communicating flowcharts and schedule changes to agency contacts.
• Work with Commercial Operations to ensure all allocations and traffic material is delivered in a timely manner.
• Negotiate upgrades and program schedule changes with agency contacts to ensure deal integrity.
• Help the team deliver on key revenue drivers through targeted flighting, inclusive of calculating key metrics for client objectives (i.e., percentages).
• Collect added value material from the agency to execute linear, digital, and social sponsorships: Billboard copy, logos, tags.
Direct Response-Specific Responsibilities:
• Input, maintain, and revise DR client campaigns in the system.
• Work with Sales Operations, Finance, and S&P to ensure campaigns are booked in a timely manner and air accurately and as expected.
• Maintain internal client databases.
• Daily client communication.
Basic Requirements:
• A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
