Associate Producer, Multiplatform (FAST)
Work Locations: With the exception of some select roles that have in-office requirements, A+E Global Media operates on a flexible model that allows for remote, hybrid or full time in office work (in certain locales).
Office locations include New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Stamford, CT.

Job Description
THE ROLE:
The Associate Producer supports the Multiplatform Creative and Production Marketing teams in conceptualizing and executing breakthrough promotional spots, launch campaigns, and other assets for our FAST Channel business. This role requires strong creative instincts, exceptional collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of projects in a fast-paced environment.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Execute creative updates and versioning for on-air/digital assets. Oversee edit, graphics and mixes, handle cutdowns and deliver to partner specs.
• Provide creative coverage and own select projects from concept to completion under producer and creative director guidance.
• Coordinate closely with Production on specs, file formats and deliveries; uphold naming conventions and archiving of delivered assets.
• Source and retrieve assets for creative projects - load and screen episodes for selects; locate existing spots and submasters; pull music options and graphics elements.
• Share daily updates on status and priorities with Creative and Production partners; flag potential issues or roadblocks; contribute to a collaborative and solutions-oriented team.
• Support coordination between external partners and internal teams on resourcing, scheduling and creative feedback.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-3 years video production/post-production experience.
• Proficiency in video production and postproduction workflows.
• Developing proficiency in writing and producing content for on-air and streaming platforms.
• Working knowledge of editing software (Avid and/or Premiere).
• Familiarity with motion GFX workflows and relevant software (Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of on-set production - directing, interviewing talent, etc.
• Proficiency in project management systems (e.g., Airtable)
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
