Description

Fame House’s early foresight into crafting services around the new opportunities of connecting artists and fans online led them to help establish a new key role within the music ecosystem serving artists alongside labels, management companies, event companies and agents.
Job Function:
• Help to develop and own inventory management process and workflow across Fame House operations, ensure business rules and guidelines are followed with in inventory management solutions.
• Work with platform tech owners to ensure that information is properly shared and utilized correctly across systems and platforms
• Ownership for the system creation and management for new D2C products on the Fame House Platform insuring data is accurately entered, governed and maintained
• Track Inventory movement with open PO’s, Receipts, Sales, Comp Shipments and Cycle Counts ensure that all system data is accurate and updated correctly
• Review and approve data entry by store managers at time of store/product launch
• Work with stake holders to populate, organize, and enrich product related data / digital assets
• Work with production, Embeds, Store Managers and buyers to make sure new product offerings/variants are communicated, submitted to PO system, and updated within Shiphero
• Produce and distribute daily shipping and daily receiving and weekly inventory reports including trouble shooting and resolving issues

• Inventory On Hand (Weekly)
• Usage Report (Weekly)
• Returns and Reshipments Reporting (Weekly)
• Ensure correct data entry transfer between UMG Releases/Pre-Order doc and Inbound Docs, including updating PO and Tracking #’s, Quantities Shipped, Shipping Date, Correct SKUs
• Assist EOM warehouse invoice reconciliation, review for errors, comp shipments submissions, bill backs etc.
• Assist UMG Commercial Services team in ensuring sufficient data exists at time of product set up to allow financial reports to be processed correctly (correct product details). Track suspense clearing month-to-month providing support as needed to clear up issues

• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with many individuals and teams, including many different personalities.
• Ability to comfortably manage multiple projects at a time, while staying on deadline and sustaining quality of work.
• Ability to quickly and calmly react to changing organizational needs and deadlines, both internal and external.
• Adept problem solver; ability to come up with inventive solutions on the fly.
• Extremely detail oriented and organized.
• Strong working knowledge of Product, inventory and order management systems
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office
• Very strong communication skills
• Works well with a team
Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience working e-commerce
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, MIS, Merchandising or a related field
