Description
We are currently seeking an eager, self-starter to be part of the Release Administration area of Commercial Partnerships at UMG. This position will support the department with duties needed around the administration and communication of UMG physical and digital releases and be a significant and integral support to the commercial partnership team who services accounts like iTunes, WalMart, Target, Amazon, Vevo, YouTube, etc.
Job Functions:
• Help with creation of the UMG New Release Solicitation Guide
• Coordinate with UMG labels to receive and enter new release product information
• Proof new release guide recap pages to Legacy
• Proof the marketing copy on the sales pages
• Maintain new release book email list
• Send new release product change notifications to commercial services team
• Schedule UMG physical and digital products in the CATAlist database and UMGB2B
• Create and disseminate weekly UMG release schedules
• Work with the Amazon account team to set up pre-order pages on amazon.com
• Embargo products in Central Catalogue
• Proof new release I/O and discount report
• Enter new release I/O’s and discounts into Legacy
• Send out weekly digital takedown list
• Maintain UMG label list
• Post sales documents to the UMG B2B

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent proficiency in Excel (vlookup) a must
• Proficient in Word and Outlook
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, enthusiastic team spirit
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years in a professional work environment
Education:
• 4-year College graduate
