Talent Manager - Youth

This is a Freelance Job

Bi-Coastal Management company looking for a manager for the NY division for the Youth Division, candidate must be based in NYC. You will work closely with the NYC Director. Must be nice, very friendly and professional. 5J Management is looking for a team player and someone here for the long haul.

YOU WILL BE SET UP WITH 10 CLIENTS OF YOUR OWN INITITALLY.

~ Must have lead agent and/or management experience.
~ Must be an expert with the following casting sites: Casting Networks & Breakdown Services
~ Must be able to work with both kids and adults and love kids. Kids are a big part of 5J Management, you have to absolutely love kids and want to advance their careers and know how to guide them. If you aren't sure how to guide kids, we will assist you, but you must be willing to learn.
~ Plus if you are familiar with models and how to bring models into the fold along with relationships with Mother Agencies.

Must be willing to scout for new clients and think outside the box, a PLUS if you come with your own roster
Routinely speaking with casting directors, producers and talent
Must be familiar with MS products ( Excel, Work, Outlook)
You must be 100% be able to multiple tasks
Follow, update and process new clients

COMMISSION ONLY
Aggressive commission split (50/50), bigger split if you bring your own roster of clients (60/40)
1099 for everyone
We pay for all overhead ( Office space for meetings, phone and email)

When Covid-19 is over, must be ready to attend industry networking events; however, there are certain ways to network from home.
We will provide an individual day office for an 8 hour period one day each week to meet current and potential clients, M-F 8:30-5pm
