Coordinator - Business & Legal Affairs
Location: Sherman Oaks, CA (In-Person)
Summy:
The BALA Coordinator will support the legal team while working closely with production, post-production, and creative teams across multiple active projects. This role sits at the center of a fast-moving production environment and plays a key part in keeping deals, documents, and workflows organized and on track.
What You’ll Do:
• Support day-to-day operations of the Business & Legal Affairs team across multiple productions
• Coordinate meetings and communication with internal teams, talent representatives, networks, and production partners
• Track contracts, deal terms, and key dates to ensure projects stay aligned
• Prepare, route, and maintain legal documents and records using digital tools and signing platforms
• Maintain high-level trackers, calendars, and logs that support legal and production workflows
• Partner with cross-functional teams and provide administrative support as needed
• Help improve systems, processes, and workflows to keep the department running efficiently
