POSITION
We are seeking a seasonal part-time Fan Coordinator, available for the upcoming 2021 Macy's 4th of July Firework Spectacular TV Concert Special Event. Please note this is a temporary, part time position, on June 27th, 2021. You MUST be available for in person covid testing prior to working the events.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Passion, energy, and enthusiasm for live on-site events.
Must be professional and possess excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
A passion for working in a fast-paced environment with high level of teamwork
Effective and sensitive interpersonal skills
Ability to shift gears at a moment's notice while being composed under pressure
Available to work immediately
Okay to work outside in the evening
* Requires customer service experience, strong communication and guest relation skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Line manage and assist with drive-thru route directionals for an upcoming drive thru event. As well as helping with ticket checking.
Must communicate effectively with guests with an awareness of safety standards
Adhere to the 1iota brand and consistent image of the organization
Deliver the ultimate guest experience and maximize guest engagement while complying with all 1iota policies
