Zuri Agency is seeking an immediate hire to assist in the Young Talent Division in the NY office.
This is an in-person position 4 days/week, with 1 remote day. You must be in the NYC area.
Start Date: ASAP

We are a bi-coastal boutique talent agency representing young performers (kids, teens, and young adults) in TV, Film, Theater, Commercial/Voiceover, and print.

We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant to support two agents in our fast-paced New York office.

About the Role:
We are looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and hard-working who is interested in the business side of arts and entertainment. The role includes a significant amount of clerical and administrative work:
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Data entry and updating databases
High-volume email management
General office support
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and thrives in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.

Key Qualifications:
1 year of assistant or administrative experience preferred - but we're open to training the right person from the ground up
Must be comfortable working on a PC and using Outlook
Ability to multitask and learn quickly
Familiarity with Breakdown Services, Casting Networks, and Cast It Talent is a big plus (but willing to train)
A proactive attitude - we love team members who think ahead and take initiative

Additional Info:
You must be comfortable learning and working within the youth print/modeling market. This is not exclusively a theatrical/commercial role - you'll assist across all departments
The workload is heavy and the pace is fast, so this is not for someone looking to coast
