We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who is trust worthy, personable, friendly, and proactive.
Summary
Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate party.
Greet visitors and prepare guest badges.
Provide callers with information, such as, address, fax number, website and directions.
Purchase supplies weekly.
Ensure maintenance of all office equipment and the appearance of the front office and conference rooms.
Keep adequate stock of office supplies.
Open mail and give internal invoice numbers.
Create purchase orders as requested.
Scan Accounts Payable invoices and save on shared drive.
Create folders and file invoices.
Assist with travel arrangements for employees.
Assist with Accounting & Payroll duties as needed.
Post jobs and schedule interviews.
Assist other departments as needed.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED and at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Accounting and Human Resources experience a plus.
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Internet savvy
