ABOUT THE ROLE
Salary: $27-$32/hour
Location: El Segundo/Hybrid remote working
Due to continued expansion, ZOO Digital are currently looking for an Account Manager that will be implanted within Fox/Disney Servicing Teams.
This position is responsible for end-to-end management of any titles they are assigned; being a main point of contact to Fox/Disney's teams, various retailer clients and ZOO's internal production team. They will serve as a liaison between ZOO and its clients and facilitates the workflow with internal and external resources from project start to completion. They will also be responsible for maintaining and updating SOP's, workflows, metrics specific to these clients for both Fox/Disney's Teams and ZOO Digital as requested. The Account Manager will be required to learn a variety of propriety software systems. They will assist in general client account management including, but not limited to, addressing any project & client issues, general inquiries, & the like, to build and maintain the relationship between ZOO and Fox/Disney.
The goal of the Account Manager is to be an effective communicator and complete projects within scope and on time while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Planning of titles across a variety of Clients and Territories.
Communicate client needs and demands to ZOO internal teams.
Creating and validating the orders in a variety of web bases systems.
Responsible for asset research, asset requests and issuing tracking.
Responsible for tracking metrics.
Management of the production process to insure timely completion of all Localization projects and other special
Complete administrative duties which include but not limited to set up and project maintenance in a variety of tracking applications, paperwork required to facilitate production workflow, create internal work-orders and track job
Understanding of client technical specs and shaping SOP's and workflows around it.
Follow up with client and track approval statuses of projects to ensure due dates are met.
Coordinate with internal departments and resources to accomplish project completion.
Coordinate with internal departments and resources to address overall client concerns & needs.
Asset Management - Coordinate tracking and movement of assets. Confirm the receipt of assets and verify they
Maintain and update department tracking and status reports.
Coordinate with external vendors as needed
Perform related tasks as necessary and assigned by the Director, Accounts & Partnerships and COO.
All on site ZOO employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and must provide CDC verification of their vaccination status as part of the onboarding process before starting.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and/or Experience
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2+ years related experience in Localization and Digital Distribution Production; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Firefox, Chrome Internet software; Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
