This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Responsible To: CEO of Zhive Media and Head of Social Media
Internship Start Date/Season: January 22nd
Internship Duration: Remote 3 months
Type of Role: Internship Unpaid, (10- 15 hours per week. Hours can be negotiated)
Job Purpose
This position will assist in cultivating an online presence through a a diverse range of tasks aimed at enhancing brand visibility. This role is responsible for community interaction on various social media platforms, performance tracking, and content scheduling and publishing.

Essential Functions
Engages with social media audience on multiple platforms
Track and analyze the performance on of posts and videos across social media channels
Schedule and post content consistently
Initiate and maintain engagement with Gen Z social media accounts
Vast interest and knowledge in today's popular culture impacting teens
Attend weekly meetings
Skills and Qualifications
Interest in social media, communications, or marketing
Familiar with various social media platforms such as Tik Tok and Instagram
Has availability to devote at least 5 hours per week
A high level of professional judgment to organize and manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team
Deadline oriented with the ability to juggle a myriad of details maintaining a big-picture strategic view
