This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Responsible To: CEO of Zhive Media and Intern Coordinator
Internship Start Date/Season: January 22nd
Internship Duration: Remote 3 months, to a year optional
Type of Role: Internship Unpaid, (5- 8 hours per week. Hours can be negotiated)
Job Purpose
This position will shape Zhive digital magazine through developing and executing content strategy alignment. The role requires coordination with fellow Zhive interns to ensure folks are staying on track. This position will also be responsible for a variety of tasks.

Essential Functions
• Creates strategies to ensure that the magazine construction is organized
• Works with fellow interns to ensure they are meeting the expected deadline
• Manages various projects as needed
• Vast interest and knowledge in today's popular culture impacting teen girls
• A great communicator who understands and enjoys working with teen girls and interns
• Attend weekly meetings, 1:1 meetings with the Founder, and bi-monthly meetings
Skills and Qualifications
• Passion and drive for social change
• Ability to take detailed notes during meetings on status of production and deliver to CEO
• Has availability to devote at least 5 hours per week
• A high level of professional judgment to organize, plan and manage multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team
• Deadline oriented with the ability to juggle a myriad of details while maintaining a big-picture strategic view
