Spring Intern - Graphic Design

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Responsible To: Intern Coordinator and CEO of Zhive

Role: Remote duration 3 months, starts January 22nd

Type of Role: Internship, Unpaid (5- 8 hours per week. Hours can be negotiated)

Job Purpose
This position will shape the Zhive digital magazine through compelling content that will be used across all Zhive Media. You will work closely with the Social Media and Video Editing teams.

Essential Functions
• Edit engaging and visually appealing graphics used for promotion and marketing
• Collaborate with different teams to create content
• Vast interest and knowledge in today's popular culture impacting teen girls
• Attend weekly and bi-monthly meetings

Skills and Qualifications
• Interest in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other software
• Has availability to devote at least 5 hours per week
• A high level of professional judgment to organize, plan and manage multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team
• Deadline orientated with the ability to juggle a myriad of details while maintaining a big-picture strategic view
