DESCRIPTION:
Fall Intern - Social Media Video Editor
Responsible To: CEO of Zhive and Team Manager
Duration: 3 months
Type of Role: Internship, Unpaid (5-8 hours per week. Hours can be negotiated)
Job Purpose
The role requires coordination between teams to shape our content for the website, social media, and YouTube channel.

Essential Functions
• Responsible for editing video content, specifically cutting long form video content for one of Zhive’s content creators, Silver Screeners, into social media clips
• Create engaging and visually appealing on-brand videos for a variety of marketing purposes (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
• Attend virtual meetings
Skills and Qualifications
• Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro and Canva
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards throughout the editing process, including precise trimming, seamless transitions, and accurate synchronization of audio and video elements
• Basic graphic design
• Has availability to devote at least 5 hours per week
• A high level of professional judgment in organizing, planning, and managing multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and delivering high-quality work
• Strong communication and ability to reply in a timely manner
• Interest and knowledge in today's popular culture and cultural climate
• Experience with Zoom, Discord, and Notion is preferred.
