Fall Intern - Podcast Production

Part Time Unpaid Internship
Responsible To: CEO of Zhive and Internship Coordinator

Role: Remote duration 3 months - Start September 15th

Type of Role: Internship, Unpaid (5- 8 hours per week. Hours can be negotiated)

Job Purpose
This position will shape Zhive's podcast in coordination with our teen talent and others, and will be responsible for overseeing all production aspects for episodes and series.

Essential Functions
• Work with teens and young adult hosts to develop an outline and or script for the episode
• Responsible for the production and editing of audio production
• Ability to coach girl's audio presentation skills
• Vast interest and knowledge in today's popular culture impacting teen girls
• Attend weekly routine meetings

Skills and Qualifications
• Interest and or experience in audio production
• Proficiency in audio editing software
• Has availability to devote at least 5 hours per week
• A high level of professional judgment to organize, plan and manage multiple projects and priorities
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team
