Production Coordinator

Our production company is seeking a highly organized, reliable, and hard working local Production Coordinator to join our team for a travel based production in April.

Job Responsibilities:

-Coordinate day-to-day production logistics, including schedules, call sheets, budgets, accommodations, and vendor communication.

-Serve as a key liaison between production management, crew, and external partners to ensure accurate information flow and smooth operations.

-Track and organize production documents such as budgets, purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and petty cash.

-Assist with pre-production planning by gathering information, confirming availability, and maintaining updated production grids and trackers.

-Ensure all production processes run smoothly and professionally, particularly during auditions, rehearsals, and shoot days.
