Assistant to Partner and Talent Manager

Zero Gravity Management is a leading talent & literary management/production company that reps writers, directors and actors in TV and Film. We have an opening for a full time assistant position to one of our partners and to a talent manager, to start as soon as possible. Looking for a professional who is organized, able to multi-task and has an immediate working knowledge of industry players (agents, producers, execs, etc.). One year prior entertainment/agency experience is essential. Duties include scheduling, rolling calls, submissions, tracking, working with high-level talent, script reading and research, etc. This position splits focus between management and development and is great for someone who would like to become a Manager/Producer. This is an in-office role.
