ABOUT THE JOB:
ZEALOT is a creative marketing agency that creates attention-grabbing and audience-engaging audiovisual advertising for film, television, and all other entertainment content.
The company is looking to hire a dedicated individual to be a part of the team as an OFFICE COORDINATOR to assist in the smooth running of the Los Angeles office and administrative workflow, under the supervision of the Head of Operations.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and will always have a kind and friendly attitude with everyone. Our perfect candidate also loves to be the go-to person for the office and is comfortable around dogs. We are looking for someone who has an interest in Film & TV advertising.
Duties will include but not limited to:
-Opening office duties including prepping kitchen and office for the day.
-Scheduling interviews and meetings for management using Outlook and/or Zoom
-Organizing office culture-building events
-Coordinate and help organize client gifts w/ deliveries using a courier service
-Providing general support for creative and production teams in NY and LA
-Answering and directing phone calls. Taking messages from clients when needed.
-Filing & organizing documents and receipts for Finance team.
-Placing food orders and keeping kitchens/bathrooms fully stocked
-Managing incoming/outgoing mail.
-Alerting Operations Manager if there are any facility issues (pests, cleaners, leaks etc)
-Making Bank and post office runs as needed.
Job Requirements:
-This is an in-office position, and remote candidates will NOT be considered.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to be a flexible team-player and enjoy positively contributing to office culture.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Working knowledge of Outlook/ Excel/ Slack/ Google Applications
-Able to lift/move items or packages that weigh 50lbs or lighter
-Working vehicle and valid driver's license for running occasional office errands
-Ability to work in-office 9AM-6PM Monday thru Friday
-Ability to work in an open-concept office setting and dog-friendly office setting
-Ability to work occasional overtime for company events (usually once a month)
