This is a contract position through July, 2027. Position must be on-site at client office in Burbank, 3-4 days per week.
On assigned partnerships and under the direction and supervision of the Director of Global Brand Partnerships, the Manager acts as the day-to-day contact for the execution of domestic and/or global third-party theatrical promotional campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
Manages the day-to-day execution of assigned film partnerships as follows:
-Assists in negotiation of Legal Promotional Contract
-Sets up partners on studio’s online portal and gives them access to Style Guide, creative assets, etc. via AdStream or other approved systems such as Sharepoint
-Attends bi-weekly / weekly Zoom calls with partners, leading on assigned campaigns
-Tracks partners’ campaign production timelines and deadlines
-Helps to develop promotional tactics and creative ideas for assigned partnerships.
-Routes creative through studio’s internal departments (ie: Partnerships, Creative, Digital, Legal, etc.), and assists Director in securing additional management, filmmaker, and stakeholder approvals as needed.
-Saves all partner creative submissions/files to designated digital location as directed
-Coordinates screening programs and prize fulfillment
-Ensures all contract deliverables (ie: media plans, products samples, download codes, etc.) are received
-Works with outside vendors to create and fulfill prizing as directed
-Updates Domestic & International Budgets as assigned
-Adds film-specific program and/or creative updates to multiple reports, as needed, including:
o Contract Status
o Promo Overviews
o Filmmaker Status Decks / Film Wrap Reports
o Fulfillment Charts
-Maintains relationships with and works directly with the studio’s Publicity, Creative Advertising, Digital, Media, Multi-Cultural Marketing, Integrated Marketing and Field Promotions teams on all assigned programs, to enhance overall marketing efforts and leverage any partnerships.
-Works with various studio legal teams to ensure compliance with all required approvals and clearances as it relates to the use of film materials by promotional partners
Job Qualifications:
• Previous brand partnerships, entertainment/studio or agency experience strongly preferred.
• Previous coordinator/account executive experience strongly preferred.
• BA/BS degree required; in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or Business preferred
Knowledge/Skills:
• Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to articulate issues in a professional manner.
• Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a timely manner
• Must work well in a dynamic team environment
• Organized, strong attention to details and ability to problem solve
Salary/Benefits
$6,500.00
- 8,000.00
per month
This is a contract position/1099 position. No benefits provided.
