This position is required on-site at client office in Burbank, CA three days a week.
On assigned partnerships and under the direction and supervision of the Director of Global Brand Partnerships, the Manager acts as the day-to-day contact for the execution of domestic and/or global third-party theatrical promotional campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
? Manages the day-to-day execution of assigned film partnerships as follows:
o Assists in negotiation of Legal Promotional Contract
o Sets up partners on studio’s online portal and gives them access to Style Guide, creative assets, etc. via AdStream or other approved systems such as Sharepoint
o Attends bi-weekly / weekly Zoom calls with partners, leading on assigned campaigns
o Tracks partners’ campaign production timelines and deadlines
o Helps to develop promotional tactics and creative ideas for assigned partnerships.
o Routes creative through studio’s internal departments (ie: Partnerships, Creative, Digital, Legal, etc.), and assists Director in securing additional management, filmmaker, and stakeholder approvals as needed.
o Saves all partner creative submissions/files to designated digital location as directed
o Coordinates screening programs and prize fulfillment
o Ensures all contract deliverables (ie: media plans, products samples, download codes, etc.) are received
o Works with outside vendors to create and fulfill prizing as directed
o Updates Domestic & International Budgets as assigned
? Adds film-specific program and/or creative updates to multiple reports, as needed, including:
o Contract Status
o Promo Overviews
o Filmmaker Status Decks / Film Wrap Reports
o Fulfillment Charts
? Maintains relationships with and works directly with the studio’s Publicity, Creative Advertising, Digital, Media, Multi-Cultural Marketing, Integrated Marketing and Field Promotions teams on all assigned programs, to enhance overall marketing efforts and leverage any partnerships.
? Works with various studio legal teams to ensure compliance with all required approvals and clearances as it relates to the use of film materials by promotional partners
? Works premiere screenings and after-party events on an as needed basis
? Stays up-to-date on the latest innovations, digital technologies and emerging opportunities to enhance potential partnerships.
Work Experience
Previous brand partnerships experience required.
Previous entertainment/studio or agency experience required.
Previous coordinator/account executive experience required.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or Business preferred
