This is a Full Time Job
This is a new position based on existing needs across the agency. Looking for a self-starter with a great balance of analytical, project management and research skills.
Responsibilities include:
• Leading research projects across clients which could include competitive, industry, trend, ad hoc and using such research to create easily accessible and actionable reports.
• Maintaining up-to-date tracking and reports across agency assignments such as release information, competitive data and contacts maintaining in a centralized location
• Owning the preparation of various internal agency reports including managing updates, editing summaries, proofreading materials to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports
• Maintaining and updating propriety evaluation tool ensuring that all agency elements are evaluated, tracked and assessed using tool; continually looking for update information to ensure data validity against industry standards
• Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual reports of agency metrics supporting entire team.
• Supporting agency Vice Presidents by building out project management timelines for partnership executions
• Working with agency principals to identify key targets and establish initial relationships with contacts
• Proactively identifying opportunities to support client teams through research and process support
Location:
• Remote: 3 days per week
• At client or with agency principals work location 2 days per week
