Intern - Distribution/Acquisitions

This is a Full Time Unpaid Internship

If you'd like the opportunity to gain distribution / acquisitions knowledge (from funding-coproduction, presales, domestic and international distribution) you should apple for this internship.

WE DON'T PAY but most interns that work here for at least a few months and take advantage of what we have to offer end up with jobs here or elsewhere. If you are turned off because we don't pay, read the upshot below.

EXPECTATIONS:

You would be expected to dress well, show up on time, work hard, be able to deal with a stressful environment and dedicate at least 4 days a week for at least 8 weeks.

It is preferable that you understand how an office works, but not required. Other pluses: Proficiency with Mac or PC, be excellent with phone, be fluent in any European language (preferred but not required) and/or Asian languages (preferred but not required) and English. Ability to organize, prioritize and read legal documents and be good researching the web are all pluses. We prefer if you own a Laptop.

THE UPSHOT:

The entertainment industry will start its hiring process in the next couple of months. If you'd like to exploit this, you'll want experience on your resume and solid production and distribution company backing you up. I expect to hear from you if you fall in this category.
