General qualifications include.
Spanish as-first-language
Able to work in English (written and conversationally) at medium-high or high level.
Interested / experience with art-house film aesthetics.
Industry outsider, and/or artist, and/or academic perspectives.
Open to younger visionary person in earlier stages, or mid-career development ready for bigger challenge, or established professional.
