We currently have an opportunity for a Part-Time Intern, to support the HR team.
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Business ideally with an emphasis in Human Resources
Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, and also able to work independently/be self-directed as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lucidchart, and G Suite
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction
A positive attitude, multitask and prioritize
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, scheduling of interviews, data analytics, job analysis, documentation and participation in projects that cover
the full spectrum of HR
Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining files, call bookings
Create reports as needed to be used for a variety of purposes (employee data, department, birthday, new hires, etc.)
Participate in processes to map procedures across HR functions
Provide exceptional external and internal customer support
During the internship, you will be able to:
Carry out collaboration through cross-team interaction
Network and gain exposure to your field of interest
Job Type: Internship
The intern term is 3 months and can be renewed for a second three months. This is a non-paid internship, with flexible hours (minimum of 16 hours per week) to reflect your necessary college credit requirements.
