How do I hire an Intern - HR? We are seeking an HR Intern who will provide administrative support to the HR team.
Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining files, call bookings
Create reports as needed to be used for a variety of purposes (employee data, department, birthday, new hires, etc.)
Update Org Charts
Assists the team with other duties as assigned, updating files, researching, data entry, and anything else as assigned
Pursuing a degree in Business ideally with an emphasis in Human Resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and G Suite
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction
Ability to work with little supervision and meet deadlines with little reminders.
Ability to work as part of a team by providing support when needed
A positive attitude, multitask and prioritize
Never have to be told twice to do the same thing
During the internship, you will be able to:
Carry out collaboration through cross-team interaction
Network and gain exposure to your field of interest
Job Type: Internship
Compensation: The provisional intern term is 6 months. This is a remote, non-paid internship, with flexible hours (minimum of 16 hours per week) to reflect your necessary college credit requirements.
