We are looking for a motivated TV Special Projects summer intern that will apply knowledge of business practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world environment. This experience will go beyond the assigned internship position and include formal, ongoing training and development opportunities, structured performance evaluations, networking, site tours and community involvement opportunities to further your development. Intern Duties and Responsibilities:
The TV Special Projects Intern will support Senior level Producers to manage multiple projects
We are looking for:
• Current Sophomore or Junior pursuing degree in Production, Broadcast Journalism, Communications or related major
• Interest in becoming a Producer
• Experience or interest in developing shooting camera and/or audio op skills
• Video production and Avid experience preferred but not required
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends if necessary
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Ability to work in Stamford, CT headquarters from June 3rd – August 7th
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate within teams
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
