This is a Full Time Job
WWE is seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic, and travel-ready Production Assistant to join our TV Production Road Crew. This position will directly assist in producing WWE's weekly LIVE television programming. The Road Crew is a division of WWE Media, responsible for executing all aspects of TV production on the ground for WWE's weekly lineup of shows including RAW on Netflix, SmackDown, NXT, Premium Live Events and more. The Road Crew is a group of highly motivated and talented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high stress environment.
Responsibilities:
• Work directly with WWE's Executive Producer and Director regarding the execution of all show related elements
• Collaborate with WWE's Creative Team and Producers on overall show direction
• Coordinate backstage crews for LIVE and pre-taped segments and vignettes
• Communicate directly with WWE's broadcast partners including Netflix, USA, The CW, and Peacock
• Work closely with Partners regarding in-show integrations
• Coordinate rehearsals with Producers and Talent
• Work seamlessly with WWE HQ's Media and Business divisions including Domestic & International production, Promos, Digital/Social, Graphics, Global Partnerships, Talent Relations, Communications, Music and many more
• Liaise with WWE Superstars, On-Air Talent, WWE Executives, and Business Partners
• Field Produce Off-Site Shoots and Events with WWE Talent and Executives
• Keep current with WWE programming, storylines, talent, partners and products
• Positions to include: Commercial AD, Tape AD, Floor Manager, Stage Manager
Qualifications:
• Previous LIVE TV or production experience strongly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• This position will require extensive travel (90%)
• Willing and able to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Highly attentive, calm under pressure, professional demeaner
• BA in Communications, Film & TV or related field of study
