WWE's Financial Planning and Analysis team partners closely with senior finance and business leadership to drive strategic decision making that enhances the Company's global operations. WWE is hiring a Director of Strategic Finance to prepare in-depth quantitate and qualitative evaluations of organic and M&A business opportunities to inform recommendations made to the senior leadership team and the Board of Directors.

This role will partner closely with WWE's Global Strategy team as well as other Financial Planning team members across Corporate and Line of Business functions, to assess projects aligned with our organizational objectives. These objectives include, but are not limited to:
• Digitization (driving WWE's ongoing digital transformation)
• Content Optimization (navigating the evolving digital content ecosystem)
• Global Growth (expanding and localizing WWE's business outside the U.S.)
• Fan Engagement (enhancing our brand both within and beyond our fan base)
• Long Term Corporate Strategy (investing to position WWE to win in the future)
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate new business opportunities, including the preparation of detailed, dynamic and accurate financial models (DCF, accretion/dilution, NPV/ROI analysis, etc.)
• Analyze quantitative (e.g., actual/ estimated financials, market analysis, economic data, etc.) and qualitative (e.g., competitive strategies, consumer trends, management appetites, etc.) to formulate ideas and recommendations for senior leadership and/or the Board of Directors
• Effectively manage multiple stakeholders across a matrix organization to drive projects; develop and execute actionable steps that result in impactful conclusions
• Develop clear, concise and complete presentations to communicate findings to senior leadership and/or the Board of Directors in a simple, easy-to-digest manner
• Effectively build relationships and collaborate with team members across multiple lines of business and functional departments
• Provide additional ad hoc support to the broader FP&A and Investor Relations team
Qualifications
• Approximately 7-10 years of relevant work experience across strategic finance roles (e.g., corporate strategy, business development, FP&A, etc.), preferably within the entertainment/media industry; prior investment banking/ consulting experience highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA in Finance or related field is preferred
• Best-in-class financial modeling skills with extensive experience with corporate finance and general accounting concepts required
• Excellent critical thinking and presentation skills; proven ability to dissect problems and develop/ communicate solutions clearly, concisely and completely
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities with strong experience interacting with and presenting to senior executives; exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills required
• Solid work ethic and team player; able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Intellectual curiosity; keen interest in the sports, media and entertainment industries
