Senior Digital Designer

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer to support our growing network of social platforms,

digital products and the WWE Network streaming service. Candidate will work inside a fast-paced, start-up environment. The role will interact with the design, social and video production teams, as well as have strong relationships with internal WWE partners. Candidate must be a strategic problem solver and understand the role design plays in marketing our content, achieving business objectives and entertaining our fans.
• Work with Art Director to establish design templates and systems
• Create rich social posts for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and TikTok
• Produce graphics, key art and imagery for our web site, Network and YouTube channels
• Partner with content producers, editors and motion designers to support video content
• Work on occasional nights and weekends for live show coverages, on rotated basis
• Report to Art Director(s)

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of graphic design for digital platforms
• Passion for memes, viral content, pop culture, gaming and emerging trends
• Accustom to the speed of daily design production for the internet
• Understanding of the YouTube ecosystem, OTT and streaming apps
• Skilled at designing for mobile formats
• Proficiency in typography, image manipulation, layout, hierarchy and branding
• Strong communication skills; capable of articulating and justifying creative decisions
• Mature; respectful of business needs, shipping dates and ''real world'' challenges
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required; knowledge of After Effects helpful
• Experience with entertainment brands, sports and/or WWE
• Portfolio must be submitted with application
